Hungary will see the launch of a third DTH platform on May 1. Local reports say the service will be known as Hello HD and offer viewers a mix of HD and SD channels, the former including Eurosport HD, HBO HD, Nat Geo HD and Filmbox HD. It will be distributed by Eurobird 9 at 9 degrees East and employ Conax conditional access. Hungary is already served by the DTH platforms UPC Direct and Digi TV.
