The DTH platform Cyfra+ has introduced a new pay-TV package unique to the Polish market.
Known as Canal+ HBO Superpremium, it consists of 119 channels, 24 of which are movie-based, and includes Canal+ and HBO (SD and HD versions) and the on demand services Canal+ na Zyczenie and HBO Seriale.
The package is available from today (September 2) and costs PLN99 (23.9) a month.
Alongside its launch have come a number of changes to Cyfra+s other packages. They include the introduction of a new one named Canal+ Premium, which includes all the Canal+ channels (also in HD) plus Canal+ na Zyczenie for a promotional price of PLN35 a month.
Also available are the new pre-paid packages Canal+ Start and Canal+Kompakt, costing PLN299 and PLN499 respectively for six months.
Canal+ HBO Superpremium is being promoted by the famous Polish film star Borys Szyc.
