The governments of Moldova took such decision for the creation of favorable conditions for attracting foreign investors. It is planned that privatization of the enterprise will stimulate provision of qualitative services, implementation of digital technologies on TV and radio. As the minister of informational development of Moldova Vladimir Molojen noted it is planned that the authorities of the country can announce tender for attraction of investor in future who will invest into transfer of TV for digital mode. SE Radiocomunicatii was founded in 1948 as the Republican center of radio communication. The enterprise performs TV and radio communication within the territory of the country.
